Shipping & Delivery
Most items ship on the same day or next day from the order being placed and usually take 1-4 days to be delivered. Our orders are fulfilled by, but not limited to, the following carriers: UPS, USPS and FedEx. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of your products, the size of the packaging and your location. Before the checkout page you will be shown the final cost of shipping. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within three business days of placing your order then please contact us.
Returns & Replacements
The item(s) can only be returned or replaced within 30 days of your purchase. Your purchased item must be in its original unused condition with the original packaging in order to be returned. Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. The shipping costs to return or exchange an item is paid by the customer unless an incorrect product or a faulty product has been delivered. If the product has been delivered as described and as ordered we do not refund the original shipping and handling costs. A restocking fee of 5% may be applied. In the case of a Free Shipping promotion the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not reimburse shipping costs, under any circumstances, for goods delivered outside of the mainland US 50 states. If returning an item we suggest that the package has tracking and adequate insurance. Ensure you include the original packing slip or your name and order number so we can identify the return.

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed and shipped. A restocking fee of 5% may be applied to your refund. Items which have been customized, including bat oiling, knocking in and/or applying face sheets cannot be cancelled once the customized work has been carried out.
